Add-Ons

Lynn’s Cleaning is truly dedicated to go far and beyond our client’s expectations. However, if you have any additional request that is not included on our checklist please feel free to communicate this to us and we will be sure to take care of it.  We’ve put together a list of add-ons that can be easily added to your clean for a very reasonable price. The add-ons are as followed but not limited to.

Bed Linen Changing & Bed making: We will make all beds every time. We will most certainly change your sheets as long as it’s no more than 3 beds per month. Anything above that is an additional cost at $10 per bed.

Oven Cleaning:  $50 per oven.

Refrigerator Cleaning:  $50 per Refrigerator.

Extensive Wall Wiping: If there are smudges in a few spots and throughout the house and they need removed then we have no problem going over those areas. If you request more time to be spent than the norm there will be an additional cost of $40 per man hour. Lynn’s will never use anything more abrasive than a magic eraser to remove dirt and grime. Anything beyond that we will not attempt to remove.
